De-Clutter: the secret to selling your house, or so we're told!

Not my favorite phrase right now! We are going through every room, closet, cabinet and drawer and putting things away that we don't need for the next few months. This is a huge challenge, how do we know what we won't need for the next few months! We could have a fondue party - and what will we do because we packed away our fondue set? What to do? Anyway, it is a great feeling to get ready to start the selling process of our house. I am hopeful that it will indeed be only a few months. We are excited about the possibility of moving but the seller's market right now is just bad, so we hope to at least make a little, and reinvest in our next home! Off to pack yet another box, looks like it's gonna be books tonight :) Thank goodness we don't have lots of nick-nacks!

You've come a long way baby!

I was noticing how much Coop has changed in these 8 months. This is a funny picture of him on Sep. 30, 2007. He would have been nearly 2 months then. Compare this guy to my 8 month old!

Photo shoot

Just had a recent photo shoot with Dan Klepper. He's a great guy, great photographer and super patient with the kiddos! Here is one of the smiling shots of Cooper, he was not really happy with the clothes we put him in a little while later, so we made sure to get a good smiling face before making him too mad later on with a snowsuit.

we have a pointer!

Today at PetSmart Cooper looked at the big window where all the kitties live that are up for adoption. I was talking to him about the kitties, they were jumping and playing. I know that Coop has a word for cat - ga - he uses this when the cats walk by at the house or they are just sitting there purring. He says ga with a very guttural tone, it is so cute. He also has a word for dog - it's do - go figure. Anyway back to the pointing thing. He actually smiled, pointed his finger at a cute black kitty and said, GA! I loved watching this, so cute. Then he fussed when I had to take him away, he really likes cats.

Here is an older image just for fun! I think this was taken in December.

Fishing with Papa

We got to spend some extra time with Heather and her kiddos after Disney World. They came to Mom and Dad's house for a week or so, and we got to do a lot more fun stuff. We even went fishing, twice! Cooper held the rod for the first time. I caught a little fishy a little while later. So, I guess you could say he caught his first fish! ha ha ha!

Playing in the grass for the first time! We love warm weather. Welcome Spring!!!

Oh what a happy boy! He loves the sun :)

Which one's bigger?

Cooper having fun by the pond. Aren't those cheeks awesome, so kissable!

The younger boys were kind of bored, they wanted more action.

A Fish Story: Two nights before, Henry caught a fish that got away, he got away with more than the worm, the line broke and it took the bobber with it. The boys named this fish Bobber McGee, there was another fish (poor soul) that Ben caught by the eyeball, that fish was dubbed One Eyed Sam. We were hoping to catch them both, to see the damage on poor One Eyed Sam and to get the bobber back from Bobber McGee, fortunately Papa caught Bobber McGee, this made for a grand reunion with his original catcher - Henry! The two that caught that one fish say that he was the biggest of all, papa was glad to get his bobber back and Henry was happy to get his picture taken with his prize.

Disney World and more!

We had a blast at Disney World! We didn't get a lot of photos of Cooper riding the rides, because most of them (like It's a Small World) were boat/car type rides that were in the dark, or we didn't take the camera on. We enjoyed spending this fun time with all of the kids and watching them experience Disney's magic for the very first time.

This was me and Cooper riding It's a Small World. He was either asleep, or about to be!

Cooper looked this way most of the time! It was either the warm sun, or the lull of the bumpy sidewalks at Disney World that kept him sleeping peacefully in the stroller.

Cooper and Ben enjoying a nice view of the grand castle! It was very cool, yet very blurry in this pic! Sorry, all you castle fans!

Most of the gang, waiting for dinner at the Crystal Palace. Where we met Pooh and Friends! Yippee.

Cooper likes to give big ole kisses! This was too funny, I am sure that part of Tigger is so clean, bet he gets lots of kisses!

Giving Kyndall a little pat on the face. All the cousins love the little babies!

Late one evening, guess who is still awake?

Me and Cooper, and Keane, if you can spot him - at LegoLand in Downtown Disney.

The girls!

Happy being carried - of course!

On our way home, this was his souvenir from Nani and Papa. A very soft and squishy Pooh bear, for a very soft and squishy baby.

Our little Mickey!

Is as cute as can be!

And he is getting so big!

That he can pull up! One handed Mommy!
